Drivers - Tweaks
Right click desktop, Display settings, change main display to your main monitor.
Both monitors should be on 100% scaling, just for app compatiblity sake.
Side note: You can have your secondary monitor(s) at a different scaling. Just have the one you play games on as 100%.

Adjust image setings with preview:
Use the advanced 3D image settings
Managed 3D settings:
Low Latency Mode: On // Ultra causes performance loss of up to 20% in some titles that don't support reflex.
Max Frame Rate: Check subpoint below || ONLY IF YOU USE GSYNC
maxfreq - (maxfreq * maxfreq) / 3600
120 - (120 * 120) / 3600.0 = 116hz
144 - (144 * 144) / 3600.0 = 138.24hz
240 - (240 * 240) / 3600.0 = 224hz
360 - (360 * 360) / 3600.0 = 324hz
480 - (480 * 480) / 3600.0 = 416hz
Power management mode: Prefer maximum performance
(Optionals | I don't use these but they help -Quality +Performance):
Tex Filtering - Anisotropic... : On
Tex Filtering - Quality : Performance
Vertical Sync: On || ONLY IF YOU USE GSYNC

Use NVIDIA color settings:
Desktop color depth: 32-bit
Output color depth: 8-bit or 10-bit (if it's supported)
Output color format: RGB
Output dynamic range: FULL

For more saturation or just competitive edge:
Turn up digital vibrance, I recommend 60-80%
I use 60% personally now
Remember to tweak your monitor settings too (Brightness, Contrast, Saturation)
Do not overdo this, check using something like Red Dead Redemptions' cover art
Make sure you can still easily spot out the 5 horsemen (don't blend them into background)
Set up G-SYNC
Make sure it's enabled if your monitor is compatible (doesn't mean you have to use it, but if you do, use it alongside those marked for GSYNC COMPATIBLE MONITOR ONLY)

Adjust desktop size and position: STRETCHED RES / MULTI-MONITOR SETUP
Full-screen
Scaling on: GPU
Tick "override games"
